At Irontech, the birth of every doll is like the creation of a brand-new piece of art.
Each Irontech doll is independently designed and developed. Before we begin the design process, we actively gather voices from the market. In fact, every body we create is a reflection of feedback from doll enthusiasts—it’s a collective product of public aesthetics. Once we’ve collected enough input, our 3D designers begin their work, transforming abstract inspiration into visible models. They act like sculptors, refining every detail to near perfection.
But the journey does not end there. We turn the virtual 3D model into reality through oil-based clay sculpting.
Irontech’s doll head sculpts are created through a combination of traditional hand sculpting and modern 3D technology.
Some head sculpts are entirely handcrafted in clay, aiming to reproduce realistic facial proportions and aesthetic lines.
The T Series is based on 3D modeling, with real human shallow skin textures cast onto the surface to further enhance realism.
Most other head sculpts are produced using high-precision 3D modeling, presenting realistic texture details and layered tactile effects.
This step allows us to more intuitively observe and refine the body in the real world. Every curve and every muscle is carefully sculpted by hand, ultimately forming the ideal body prototype.
Once the design is complete, production begins. The first step is mold creation. A high-quality doll starts with a high-precision mold. During real-world use, what most affects realism is the mold line—some brands leave thick, rough lines that ruin the illusion. At Irontech, we spend extensive time refining our molds to control deviation within millimeter precision. This not only minimizes the visibility of mold lines but also captures every pore and skin texture in vivid detail. It’s the essential foundation of a perfect doll.
Our silicone pouring technique is also among the best in the industry. We use advanced CNC-controlled pouring machines to ensure the silicone is filled evenly and densely, with no air bubbles. This significantly enhances both the visual and tactile experience. Imagine a doll filled unevenly, full of bubbles—its surface bumpy and some parts underfilled. Such a “defective” doll would be a disaster. But with Irontech, this will never happen.
Once the pouring process is complete, we perform precise trimming—mainly focusing on removing mold lines and addressing tiny surface imperfections. The level of refinement reaches down to the scale of individual pores. Afterward, our top-tier makeup artists apply S+ grade facial makeup, while the body is airbrushed with the same high-end detailing techniques. For hair, we use the latest eyebrow and hair implantation methods. Each strand is placed following natural growth patterns, resulting in a lifelike look far beyond the wax figures you see in museums.
After the pouring process is complete, we carry out precise trimming—focusing mainly on removing mold lines and fixing subtle surface flaws. The refinement is done with such precision that it even addresses individual pores.
After that, our top makeup artists apply S+ grade facial makeup, and the body is enhanced using the same high-end airbrushing and hand-painting techniques for detail work.
For hair, we adopt the latest eyebrow and hair implantation technology. Each strand is implanted following its natural growth direction, resulting in a lifelike hairstyle that far surpasses the wax figures seen in museums.
Irontech also implements a strict dual quality inspection system, including demolding inspection, trimming inspection, finished product inspection, and pre-shipment inspection—ensuring that every doll received by our customers is nothing short of perfect.
The first inspection is conducted after silicone pouring and trimming, thoroughly checking every inch of the doll’s skin to prevent any flaws that might affect the makeup.
The second inspection takes place before packaging, verifying the makeup, accessories, and details to avoid any oversight during production. Only the most perfect dolls are shipped out.

Details determine success or failure
At Irontech, we always believe that a doll that really impresses people is not only realistic in appearance, but also a work of art with every detail meticulously crafted. From the conception of the design to the final shipment, every step of the process is characterized by our obsessive pursuit of perfection and our extreme demands on the user experience.
Inspiration - Aesthetic Construction
The development of each new body is an adventure from “fantasy” to “reality”. We have been standing with our users for a long time, paying attention to the aesthetic trends, community feedback, and industry changes in the global market, and constantly capturing inspirations and ideas. These voices are ultimately gathered into our design blueprint: it is your desire that makes the outline of our products.
Through the hands of 3D modelers, an abstract inspiration gradually becomes visible. Like sculptors, they meticulously polish every muscle line, bone structure, and waist curve until she seems to come out of the screen, with temperature and breath.
Oil Clay Sculpture - Inspiration Materialized

The virtual model is not the end, but the beginning of real art. We transform it into oil clay sculpture, letting the art return to the most primitive sense of touch. The sculptor feels every inch of the texture with the palm of his hand, tweaking and observing it over and over again to capture the temperament and soul of “her” in reality. Every detail of the oil clay remodeling is the shaping of the outline of life.
High Precision Molds - Creating Realistic Textures
The birth of a perfect doll is dependent on a pair of high-precision molds, and Irontech spares no time in polishing the molds so that the error is controlled in millimeters to ensure that the mold lines on the dolls’ bodies are not traceable, and that the texture of the skin, the pores, and the lines of the skeleton are all accurately reflected. We know that any rough mold marks will ruin the doll’s realism, which is why we insist on creating high-precision molds.
Gluing Process--Precise and Dense
We use industry-leading numerical control silicone fill equipment to ensure that the doll’s silicone is filled to the brim, free of air bubbles and of uniform density. Such dolls have a qualitative leap in both look and feel, far better than those poor quality products with pitted surface and uneven glue.
Fine Trimming - Millimeter Precision Repair
After demolding, the doll will enter the finishing stage. We will carefully trim the mold lines and take care of any tiny imperfections – even a few millimeters of impurity, a tiny pothole, we will never let it go. Our goal is zero defects and zero tolerance.
Makeup Artistry - A Touch of Soul

Irontech’s S+ makeup is handcrafted by artistic makeup artists with many years of makeup experience. They are not only good at color matching, but also familiar with the preferences of different regions in Asia, Europe and America. From the smudging of eyeshadow, to the soft transition of blush, to the delicate strokes of lip liner, each stroke gives the doll a unique charm. The texture of the body is painted using 18 layers of paint, each layer simulating the lightness, color and texture of real skin. Our hair and eyebrow implants are handmade by experienced hair transplant artists. They are implanted one by one according to the growth direction and density of different parts, which not only gives the doll a more natural hairstyle, but also gives you a “real life” feeling when you touch it.
Unretouched Factory Photos – What You See Is What You Get
Before any doll leaves our facility, we capture a full set of unedited photographs—including full-body shots, facial close-ups, and functional showcases. These images present the doll exactly as she is. We believe that transparency is the highest form of respect we can offer our customers.
Stringent double quality control for perfection
Irontech has a double quality control process: the first stage is the initial inspection after the glueing and trimming is completed, to ensure that the body structure and skin are correct; and the second stage is carried out before the dolls are about to be sent out, to double-check that every detail is up to standard. From head to toe, everything must be perfect.
What we create is not just a product, but an extension of emotion, a fantasy and a real presence of companionship. We pursue details for the sake of beauty.
