Established Doll Manufacturer Produces Errors but Expects Customers to Pay? Zero Accountability for After-Sales!
In May this year, I purchased a TPE doll produced by JY doll
After receiving the product, I was busy and didn’t use it right away. However, when I finally used it, I found that no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t reach the deepest part of the doll’s vaginal canal.
Initially, I thought it was my imagination.
But during cleaning afterward, I noticed that a 12cm-long drying rod went in with plenty of room to spare, which made me realize something was wrong.
I immediately used a speculum to measure and found that the canal was far longer than 11cm. When I confronted customer service with this evidence, they admitted that I had indeed customized an 11cm canal and even let slip that the default canal length is 16cm if not customized
However, they consistently refused to replace the product or offer a refund.
Let’s be clear: as a customized product, and a physical doll at that, the price is extremely high.
A discrepancy this significant in the vaginal canal length is a serious quality issue. It absolutely warrants a refund.
All I requested was a replacement or a refund, but JY doll adamantly refused both.
They’re banking on the fact that most customers won’t go through the time and effort to take them to court, which is why they’re so uncompromising.Left with no other options, I’m now taking to the internet to call out this unscrupulous business, hoping others can avoid experiencing what I went through. Moreover, I’ve learned that I’m not the only one who has faced this issue—many others have been scammed by JY doll as well. Since some of them are not comfortable exposing their experiences online, I’ve anonymously uploaded evidence of their unfortunate encounters on their behalf.
